The PYDIR organized an online meeting to serve as the orientation session of First official tenure
(Nov23-May24) on 11 December 2023.
During this session, 95+ members took the opportunity to understand the project PYDIR which fostering a sense of collaboration.
The session began with a warm welcome, setting a positive tone. Clear objectives were outlined, ensuring participants knew what to expect. Interactive activities fostered team-building and networking, enhancing engagement. Relevant information was shared, catering to diverse learning styles. Facilitators encouraged questions, promoting a comfortable learning environment. Time management was impeccable, ensuring the session stayed on track. Participants received helpful materials to refer back to later. Questions raised by our new members were also answered.
Overall, the orientation was informative, inspiring, and left participants motivated for their upcoming journey.
